Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Yongyang Special Steel) is located in Yongnian Special Steel Industrial Park, Handan City. It was established in 1993 with a registered capital of 417 million yuan and currently has 4000 employees. Its main products include light rail, heavy rail, crane rail, mining support steel, I-beam, electric angle steel, H-beam, spring flat steel, fork flat steel, beam flat steel, alloy round steel, and excellent carbon round steel. Light rail accounts for over 70% of the national market, industrial heavy rail accounts for 60% of the national market, and fork flat steel accounts for 65% of the national market. The products are sold throughout the country and Southeast Asia. The leading product has been rated as "Hebei Province High Quality Product" and "Hebei Province Famous Brand Product", and "Yongyang Brand" has been rated as a famous trademark in Hebei Province. Yongyang Special Steel has successively won honorary titles such as "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Hebei Province", "Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises of Private Enterprises in China", "Top 200 Benefit Enterprises in China", "Outstanding Contribution Enterprise to the Development of County Economy in China", and "National Civilized Unit".

In 2014, Yongyang Special Steel actively responded to the call of the provincial party committee and government, and was the first private enterprise to carry out industrial restructuring, relocation, and equipment upgrading. The total investment of the project is 10 billion yuan, and currently 5.5 billion yuan has been invested, including 1.3 billion yuan in environmental protection governance. Advanced governance facilities such as activated coke dry method desulfurization and denitrification, as well as an integrated platform for environmental control, have been built. Both organized and unorganized emissions have been treated to high standards, achieving ultra-low emissions and achieving the effect of "no smoke from the top and no dust from the bottom". It has become a benchmark for the transformation and development of the steel industry and environmental governance, and has been recognized as a green factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Yongyang Special Steel adheres to the concept of high-quality development, continuously increases investment in science and technology, improves the level of process equipment and product quality. The first domestic universal rolling mill light rail production line and the first national universal rolling mill heavy rail production line with core equipment have been put into operation successively, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign countries on similar core processes and equipment, and effectively promoting China's rail steel production process and equipment technology to move towards the world's leading level.         

In the early days of its establishment, Yongyang Special Steel regarded "running a company, nurturing employees, and enriching the masses" as the driving force and goal of its development. While focusing on its own development, it actively contributed to society and took on social responsibility. Chairman Du Qingshen has donated a total of 730 million yuan to support the construction and development of Du Liugu Village, and continues to increase assistance every year. Donate 87.15 million yuan to solve the problems of difficult access to water, education, medical treatment, and transportation for neighboring villagers; Donated 34.23 million yuan to support public welfare and national defense construction.
